Game and launcher won't fit on my screen

Hello, I just recently downloaded the game but I cannot play it because every time I start the game it only shows me the top left-hand quarter of the game. And also, when I pull up the launcher, it sticks out under my screen so I can't press play, I have to change my screen resolution then change it back in order to be able to start the game. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
