I can't repair weapons or identify or anything

It says I don't have money when I try but I've done quests fought monsters and earned money. When I ain't buying anything it says I have money too. Can somebody please tell what I'm doing wrong !^! cause I wanna finish those quests and move on with lifeeee~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
