Hi I have a problem with the loading bar in the game.

So far came this problem only in two places on a Dungeon and a transition to a regular area. As soon as I want to enter it shortly before the end of the loading bar stops to load remains approximately 20 seconds so there's a disconnect. Initially when the Dungeon no problem but in the area now it is problematic after the disconnect he wants to start again in this area and differently than in the Dungeon I land outside and so I no longer get to log in the character and to move them away. Does anyone have an idea what you can do? Would be delighted to hand your help and advice.
