Please help! My patcher turns into the japanese launcher then when I'm logged on into the game it stars to redownload. Help please!

I am new here. Tried to download the game,but its taking so long from Downloading Update after you enter your account. I log out but then the launcher started to repatch again which is really annoying coz it will take more time again.
You can't call this a Full Release if players experience a lot of issue's.Hope you can fix the problems sooner.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled again...launcher works fine now...but now Downloading update is stuck,wont run anymore.

i was just playing as usual and then suddenly ongiri has stopped working
tried to run again but japanese patcher showed up
then tried to patch again
and now patching again but it wont move from 27%
pls help anyone can help?

i had the same problem but i just restarted it & went back to english & worked fine(:
