Disconnected /glitched item

I sent a support thing for this already. Happened last night ish i guess. I got error'd then I relogged to find my damage be significantly low my bow switched with the one i had equipped but got the skills of my +80 that i had equipped when i got dc. I got dc'd again after and cannot log in.

I havent tried logging in this morning but I will when I come back from le gym.

Please anyone? I can log in now but my bow is still like this. Ive waited everyday for live chat and the email response its been like 3 days.
