Purchased Artisan Option Not Granted....

I purchased the Artisan Option "Skill Evolution V" for my Itennoken smelting, and despite the smelt being successful, my lowest ranked Skill did not increase.





282k is a lot to drop for nothing and I hope this can be fixed please.

This happened to me as well. Instead of going to V, my skill went from I to III. Maybe we have to unlock the higher ranks before it will work?

I don't know about that to be honest.
I know I *have* used that Artisan Skill before when smelting a weapon, and it behaved exactly as advertised, but this time I got no change in the two lower skills at all.
They were both 2 before the smelt, and 2 afterwards.
I'd think if there was some additional requirement they'd mention it in the Artisan Item's description, cuz like I said, 282k is a lot to spend for nothing, and I'd imagine that number only gets higher as you deal with higher ranked weapons.
