why in the world im getting this BEX error with my launcher?! it patched up and runs in a japanese text game laucher and then i got this bloody error!

It's just an error between Onigiri's launcher accidently picking up cache files used to download the client from the Japanese version of Onigiri.

Try clearing cache/flushing dns (or something) or reinstalling the launcher. Downloading the full client files from here http://onigiri.cyberstep.com/nolayout/r ... nload.html
might also help (but make sure you have a backup of the .pkg folder since occasionally this issue will pop up and you'll need to replace the files afterwards)

reinstalling... right.. quitting might be the best option for me.. techs couldnt even fix this prob.. bloody game
