I need help can't finish magatama crafting quest

when i report to Izumo girl in the end she tells me couldn't receive item due to inventory being full and my inventory is filled 80/130 can anyone help me with this problem please and i tried to re-install didn't work

I tried posting before, but I don't think it worked. Anyways, you most likely have too many of one item. An example would be 99 gloom daruma fragments, you can't pick up anymore, even though you may have other open slots in inventory. so look at all the items she gives you, and if you have too many of one, then delete some. I hope that helps~
