Can you clarify the question?

It needs you to clear the dungeon listed on hell mode.

The dungeon is found beyond undersea cave. Just follow the mainstoryline and you'll get to the dungeon they ask for. (I'll warn you though, if you're unprepared the dungeon will probably wreck you, even moreso on hell mode)
