My account got hacked as well i can login but all my stuff is gone including my characters and pretty much everything i need help as well

thats interesting

are you using a different launch program for example, when you play certain games via steam, characters go missing due to a different character server storage hub.

are you sure your relatives hadn't used the account?

are you account sharing with a so called "best friend" or some one you claim "you know very well"?

if you've answered no to all of these, then you'll need to contact support, the forums really wont get you very far.
