I used Daopay just yesterday..not sure which one you're trying to use.

If you're using ZONG, yeah I can't use it either, Paypal with their legal issues and such.

Daopay doesn't work for me either. When I go through the list on top right, there's no NA.

If you don't mind me asking, what country are you from? The states I'm assuming? Wonder why it wouldn't work for the states but works for Canada.. ;\

You should try e-mailing their support and seeing if there's a problem. Also, are you using mobile, or home phone?
