Try to reinstall the game or try to clear the cache or if the two option is not work at all please submit a ticket to cyberstep so they will look for the solution of your problem

Re-installed the game and still doesn't work. I submitted the ticket with a slight hope it it is going to be responded :cry:

just wait for there reply and did you read the notice when you report it will be process in friday so you should wait and have a patience for a while

They responded. However, they, too, don't know how to fix it. Even it can be fixed, they don't know when it is going to be fixed. :cry:
