BUG Gedoumaru Hideout

[Hyraishi]

At the 1F Floor of Gedoumaru Hideout there's an invisible wall that won't let me go near the portal to 2F, now I can't even clear my main quest since the maintenance. Already tried with another PC, different character, and different Channel and still the same. Hopefully can fix this problem A.S.A.P.
Even my little sis who already cleared the main quest can't get near the portal at 1F Floor to go to the 2F Floor of Gedoumaru Hideout because of an invisible wall Bug..
