I recently notice that Idezumi did not affect ougi sp cost. is this on purpose? or there's actually some glitch happens with ougi + Idezumi reduction.
Other thing i notice that WIS SP reduction also did not affect other than wand/staff skill.
can any1 confirm/explain please?
