To Devs -- Maybe A Crash Thing To Trace

People getting crashes logging into an area right out of the gate try this; Make a new avatar and run it through that level 1 training pond but not through the portal. Switch out into character selection and use the old avatar you normally use and see if it gets through the log-in crash you experienced into an area for a while. After ten minutes I crashed only after entering into a new area but that should be some kind of clue to the devs where the bug lies.

Interesting!

This is beginning to smell like mis-directed "go to" lines in the program involving transitioning different areas, as though they applied some global search-replace to quickly insert gateways to the festival throughout the program, but some area transition routines which weren't appropriate for those gateways and shouldn't have been altered were somehow left in the lurch swapped as go-to dead-ends. Sure it's something along these lines.

An hour of vigorous beta testing would’ve caught this before the product went out the door. Suggesting this in a ticket.

This is a good idea, should be addressed to the devs ;).

What I experienced was I can go through some place, and down plunged into an abyss, and then be teleported into the save area.
