If misery loves company, relax. This is turning up other places too. CS should at least acknowledge the problem if not drop us progress reports, really. I know they can't fix something like yesterday, but don't treat us like mushrooms! They're losing LOTS of gamers every day!

If the problem spot is the Rest Area, then Tech Support knows about that from others players. Customer Support will give the problem to Tech Support. Just play the other caves and places until Tech Support can track out the line that is causing the problem.
