The reward Free Swag! lucky box is keep on poping out and i cant enter any portal, also i cant use menu to select a character when i use my main character.,

The same thing is happening to me, someome help me too. My character is J.l.assi

I'm getting this error on my character too. Please fix the bug as soon as possible.

i dont recieve any lucky box its just keep on poping.. =.= need help asap..

it all goes into your present box
just keep letting it pop up and spam esc button and it shuld stop eventually
i got around 60 boxes

Just asking, if you press Esc, will the lucky boxes still accepted or rejected? Is it faster than just clicking it till finished?

Accepted. I can't remember, but all you have to do is hold esc, and it is relatively fast.
