As the title said but not mentioning, this topic is about a friend of mien that can't play Onigiri anymore due to a game glitch/bug

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and will notify you if a sulition is availible"

That what the computer said after he try to log in on a charcther(halfway through loading..) and the error box show up

anyone know what caused this?

The last thign he did before was he ran to the kikaigahara rest area, and randomly the bug/glitch shown above appeared.

Is it possibly due to an update of the game that went wrong?

Any suggestion coming to mind beside uninstalling completly the game and re-installing it?

This error usually says that kgllib.dll causes it but I tried everything except throwing away my PC and getting the new one, yet this crash happens even in the other locations and always in the same spot. There are other similar topics with the same problem saying that it happens on the different OS/hardware/etc. but still there's no 100% cure for it.

I keep crashing too. It first happened when I was ingame, and near the rest area. I was making my way to the portal, and was in the middle of the clearing when I crashed, and now I can't log in, as it keeps crashing.

it's the same for me i can't play because of the same reason
