If you read the update 9/16, you would see that the developers is swamp of errors that it is going to be a while for this errors get fixed. It is amazing that this company would release this game with all of the bugs without testing it in a beta form before releasing it for the general public that is very reckless.

[Patch Note 2014/09/16]

Today, we've released the following patch:

・The introductory tutorial after character creation has been changed to add in some new info. ・Bug in which players
were unable to complete the subquest "They couldn't hit the broad side of a barn!" has been fixed. ・Bug in which the
soldiers in the East and Western camps of Sekigahara were sometimes mislabelled has been fixed. ・Bug in which items
you receive from a "Basket" would not count as items needed for a quest you have has been fixed. ・Bug in which using
Resurrection after using a Soul Egg to come back to life would lower the clear rank of the dungeon has been fixed.
