Can't log on any characther(for a friend)

Ok, so i post this for a friend of mine that can't play Onigiri anymore due to a game glitch/bug

i sent this message to the support email, yet nothing after 1 months

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and will notify you if a sulition is availible"

That what the computer said after he try to log in on a charcther(halfway through loading..) and the error box show up

The last thign he did before was he ran to the kikaigahara rest area, and randomly the bug/glitch shown above appeared.

Is it possibly due to an update of the game that went wrong?

Any suggestion coming to mind beside uninstalling completly the game and re-installing it? "

SO he deleted his characther and made a new characther to be able to paly. but after a while .. the error show up again and he can't paly his characther
