After multiple (three, close enough) attempts at replicating the infamous Kikaigahara crash, I was unable to do so. Here's a video showing a brand new account, from character creation up till right before entering Kishinden. I crash once in Onigashima Training Grounds, but that's an issue for another day.

Update your graphic card drivers to the newest version if you have not done so. Here and here have reported that old drivers may be the cause of the crashes. Relevant Link

For everyone experiencing the crash, please post evidence of it happening, how it occurred, your computer specifications (start menu or windows key + r > run > msinfo32) and graphics card specifications (found under components > multimedia > display), and other relevant information. Potential causes of the crash:

• Kikuzou (formerly Morizou) that spawn in the area, which may also explain why the crashes only started occurring after the Summer Matsuri update where their name and colour scheme was changed.
