Kishiden Lag Out

i just started the game two days ago and while i enjoy it i have hit a snag. i can get to the final area of the Kishiden Trials only to get disconnected while fighting Chief Daruma. ive tried twice and the disconnect has occurred twice today. error code shows as ERR-00010 if that is of any help. should i just try at a different time?

U can try again, i also disconnect from time to time as well...
Or u can ask nearby player for help on ch1 so tht it would be faster...
I can help u out, but sadly i can't online cuz i'm at my work place...

after waiting a few days i try Kishinden again only this time i lag out with a fatal error. it does not help that the file generated by the game is a mess. also the first time i try to start the game i get a fatal error as well.
