after i made my account at cyberstep.com and went on, i got in the game find and quikc but during my character creation the game wouldnt let me enter after i typed in like 100 different names. So i quit the game and relaunched it but every time i try to log in now it just stays on logging in...and i restarted and even reinstalled the game...any tips/help?

Not sure I understand.
So...
1. Made account
2. Created character but couldn't get an acceptable name inputted. (I'm guessing you tried with the standard alphabet. Was there a reason given? Like "The name contains ... characters" or something?)
3. Quit the game and relaunched.
4. Stuck at the log in screen because the loading never finishes?
5. Step 4 repeats no matter what you try, such as reinstalling

Well, tbh, I probably can't help but if you give more info, maybe someone else might be able to.

basically, i keep trying to log in and the screen just stays on the logging in screen and nothing happens. It worked the first time i logged in, as it let me go to character creation but then after that when i was trying to choose a name (i kept clicking enter after choosing names but it would just not go on, nothing popped up) it would no longer let me proceed with the rest of the game process. Im starting to think it has something to do with my wifi settings because when i turned on my phones hot spot and used its wifi on my laptop the game worked. so if anyone knows how i can change the settings on my wifi (or maybe its firewall?) to allow me to play the game that would be great.

Since you only probably only installed the "installer" and not all the game files, it's no wonder it wouldn't start.
The game is downloading all the files in the background after starting up,
with a loading bar displayed on the bottom left of the screen.
Once it is ready it allows you to move on to the game.

Basically, on login screen u need to wait download finish at 100%...

i did that, and it still keeps me at the logging in screen.

Try doing Disk Cleanup and check marking everything and deleting.

Then hold "Start/Flag" and press "R". Type "%appdata%" without the parenthesis and hit Enter. Then look for a folder named "cobra" and delete it.

will the disk cleanup delete everything off my computer? and have you tried this??
