Can someone help resolve my issues of getting an error and disconnect, my internet is running perfectly but the game got error and disconnected when i'm online, please fix it for me, my pc spec is

If yes, please post exactly what the error message say.
(Examples: "ERR_00000 Disconnected From Server", "Onigiri.exe has stopped working", etc.)

Also, post when exactly the error happens. Updater/Patcher Screen? Login Screen? Character Selection Screen? Loading Screen?

Hi guys I can't seem to play the game normally. It keeps disconnecting me and I don't know why. I'm new I just started playing. Created a character log in the game start playing and as soon as like 2minutes pass it disconnects me. The pessage is "ERR_00010 Disconnected from the server. "

People disconnect all the time. I got 10 disconnects in one session. But its usually not your fault (unless your internet bails on you). Blame Cyberjew's shitty servers and ping. If frequent disconnects to the point where you can't get anything done The wait a day. Go do something other than Riceball Online. If this happenes (frequent disconnects) for a couple of days then thats a different story
