what happen/. please response asap!

when i try to DL this game.. when i DL the installer.. when i install it why is the game wont run,. it says error! an error (-5001 : 0x80070002) has occured while running the setup.
please make sure you have finish any previous setup and closed other app. if the error still occurs please contact your vendor.
i just played this game for 2days.. please help me.. i want to install on my laptop.. i cant afford to play on the other pc shops,,

A friend of mine had similar issue, he said he fixed it by installing/updating latest version of NET.Framework
