Need help, character stuck at loading screen

so i was joining the boss spawn event, walk away from the crowd, kill 1 nyuudo, meet another crowd, trying to walk away again.
when i reach a certain location (behind the western frontline) the game started to freeze and i can't move even an inch, then the game explodes.
so i tried to log in again, but it took me nowhere, always stop responding @ loading screen, tried to log another character, they can log in but not the one i mentioned above.

need some solutions here or should i wait until next update/regular maintenance for my character to get on the road again ?

any help would be really apreciated.

Did the problem solve with latest maintenance?
if not; try logging to channel 1

Log with the character that works properly -> switch to channel 1 -> go back to character selection -> log with bugged character.
no idea why it might be helpful... but it still should be better than nothing

*if you have multiple pc's try logging through them..
