Download Stuck at 2%

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game after they did the recent Christmas update and no matter how long I leave it on it stays at 2%. I was wondering if any GM or any player could help or tell me what's wrong.

If all else fails, go to the directory which Onigiri is installed (C:\CyberStep\Onigiri_US\pkg by default), delete all files in PKG and restart client. it would state downloading updates and reinitialise download.

This problem might occur if updated with intermittent internet.
