Need help with OC charge from rixty

I've just loaded OC using rixty.com, but there's an error; The payment from rixty account is finished and there's order ID attached, but the OC is not loaded yet [about 1-2 hours after payment].

So far I've sent billing inquiry but I felt uneasy, anything else should I do?
