Stuck at login

Hi I've already replied to an older post, but I wanted to make my own post about this issue. I can't log into the game and I'm stuck at this screen...



My friend can get in but not me. I've even reinstalled several times one day, shut off my anti virus and everything. I still can't get it to work. I need help.
