Crash Problem

Hello

I am new to the world of Onigiri
and now I'm playing while its still downloading
the problem is

when I went outside
and reached a certain place it suddenly crashed
and now I cant open that character because it always crashes
now I'm currently playing with a new character and not going/doing the outside quest

how can i fix this problem?
