Error 00102

I have been playing just fine up until yesterday when I attempt to change areas. The load bar does not move, and then I am hit with this "Error 00102 Operation Timed Out. " message. I looked around and was told to delete all of the pkg folder so the game may get a fresh batch. I have done that about 4 or 5 times, and it has fixed nothing. How do I go about enjoying the game again, and how do I go about fixing this? Is it a problem with my internet? Because I have just relocated to a new house and am not on my normal connection..

Hello, have you found a solution to the issue?
If not, I hope this helps:
-Uninstall the game
-Delete the files remaining after uninstalling the application
-Reinstall the game
