Bug Report: All Quests with Text Selection

So it seems all quests that have the two text choices are on infinite loop.
(Can't even repair or store without having to relog, rip partner quests T_T)
Edit: Btw, you can hit alt to bring up the menu before talking to an npc which at least allows you to go to character select instead of the whole process of logging in
