Can't view mats for new mag

I recently just got a new mag from Oushuu and I can't view the mats needed for (2404) spear mag . I can view all other mats for any other mag that I have but not that one . I also know that other people can view mats to that mag. Is bug or ?

RIP the Untranslated Japanese. Cheeseburger told me the untranslated items should be fixed this Tuesday.
