No Gasha Ticket for my girl friend

Hello I like to say I already got mine but she didn't get her's yet, her user name is Amadahy, she has been logged on throughout the event I should know because I was there with her, so why has she not got her ticket yet? two days has passed.

Why have I not got my gacha ticket? I was logged in the whole entire time of the event? Please can someone help me with this matter. My in game name is Amadahy
