So I've been playing this game for a week or less and I experience my first maintenance. after the maintenance I get to play my char but I got disconnected then when I open it again my char. is gone ! everyone experienced this before? can I get it back?

I've never heard or seen that before, only people accidentally deleted their chars-but I don't really know what you mean by gone (can't login? Character not available on the character select screen? Crashing whenever you login?). I'd suggest sending a ticket if you haven't already done so.

No crash or stuff like that, I think Its some kind of glitch bec. you can't play until the background download thing finishes right? So I get to play a little while the background download thing is still in progress, then I got disconnected and then when I go login again its already asking me to create new character. I swear I couldn't delete it accidentally because its my one and only character....
