I have an issue with game story line "repairing Benkei" quest, it always crash on loading screen after i talk to momijina to enter the room ... any solution?

If your game always crashes on the exact same action, I'd do a reinstall/repair before trying anything else. Most likely, whatever file the game is trying to access is corrupted.

Reinstalled the game and didnt change .... i still get crash when i talk to momijina2 to enter the room for "repairing benkey" quest.
So the issue is not from my pc is from the game server

Uh... that's not how games work... if your game is crashing in the one place over and over and no one else is, it's one of the following issues:
A) An issue with your client (Which is why I suggested you reinstall).
B) Your computer specs are either incompatible with the game or are below the recommended specs (Which I highly doubt so I still think it's problem A).

Did you do a complete uninstall and reinstall? Have you tried deleting your current installer and downloading a new installer? Is there a log when you crash that says what happens? Are you modding your game with third party software? It's almost never a problem server-sided or there would be more complaints about the same issue.

yes i did that however this issue is brand new to me is the 3rd character and happened only on this 1.
And im not modding or w/e that means i only play the game

If it's only happening to one character, I have no ideas of how to help. Submit a ticket and hope that they answer you within 3 business days and not 3 weeks.

You are not the only one who is experiencing this. I have only 1 character, and experience the exact same issue. I suspect it is a bug that was introduced with the latest patch. We can only hope the devs are listening and look into this matter.

Update: I did a reinstall of the game, and the issue still occurs. I believe it is a bug on the server side, most likely introduced with the last patch.

yup it is server side i leveled a lvl 45 toon wich i had in kyoto also and i get same error on a different alt

I'll contact one of the GMs about it if they're online when I am. Send tickets in the meantime. Don't expect a quick fix during the weekend though.
