My "Angel La Vie En" Outfit disappeared...

Hey guys i am devastated at the moment, just a few minutes ago i logged onto Onigiri on my Xbox One
and during that time i completed a mission where i was given 2 Gatcha tickets and
so not thinking much i went in to try and get the Set of Angel Wings costume (Unit 2) i believe for females
and on my first spin i saw a golden ball and since it was my first time spinning i ended up obtaining
"Angel La Vie En" full set costume and being excited i got these items during "Single Player mode"
and as any excited person i wanted to go into multiplayer to show it off but my game crashed and when i go back in i saw my character not wearing the outfit and checked under outfits and poof, they were gone...
To get a special rare item on my first try and have it disappear...idek anymore.
I submitted a ticket but had anything similar happen to you, do you think if cyberstep were to check character logs they can help retrieve the outfit back?Seeing two gatcha tickets cost about $10.00

I dont know what to do .
(New to this game and was enjoying it until this happened left a huge impact on my experience)

I think I found the problem.

Seriously though, try checking your nyankoropon logs. If it shows up there, but you don't have it, it's safe to assume you can convince CS to give you it.

Ive checked, but during the time i got the outfit and when my game crashed when i logged back in i was taken back to the checkpoint when receving two gatcha tickets. I mean really? Im sure cyberstep has character logs to see what a specific players as obtained.
I wish i had recorded the incident, didnt think this was a possibility.

Yes I checked and on Xbox One Version there is no "Purchase History" tab on there.
As to why it is not implemented yet,is beyond my knowledge.
I just have to wait for CS to check the history for me since i guess us Xbox users cannot.

If you only had two tickets, you were probably at or around Izumo. It'll only take you like 1-2 hours tops to get there, since you *should* know what you're doing now that you've done it once already.

Honestly, there's no real reason to stick to a console version of the game. They have way less content, and the PC version has controller support anyways.
