Welcome to Onigiri. Everyone gets lag (not just Xballs players) because the servers suck. If you can figure out a way around ping, that might do the trick (I hear VPNs are good for that, but so far they've only made the lag worse for me). I'd also recommend avoiding high-traffic time slots. I've noticed the worst lag around 0100-0200 GMT (2100-2200 EST/2000-2100 CST/1900-2000 MST/1800-1900 PST), so it might be an idea to finish up before this time, or sign in about 2-3 hours afterwards. Hope this helps.

Why do I have the feeling that the pc version had the same lag issue on the first day it was released? Also, XB1 isn't the only console that suffers lag... PS4 too. LAG = Laziest Atrocious Game or Laughably Awful Game! My final rating for Onigiri is a LAG out of 10.

The first day? PC version *still* lags. Until they improve their servers that's not going to change. Aside from the advice I've already given, I don't know any other ways to combat the lag. Well, not on console anyway.

Game doesn't really lag unless you have high ping to the servers.
Due to the existence of VPNs and other networking services, players will experience less lag when playing for a PC, assuming they understand how to use those services.

I don't, apparently. Me and technology get along like Sarge and Grif, respectively. Meh, the lag isn't enough to piss me off completely so I'll just suck it up.
