Read your quest descriptions. Each of the guardians in front of the dungeons and at the end of the dungeons tell you exactly what you need to do to get the gems.

well i talked to them! slaughtered all the minion and what do i get by the end of the dungeon? nothing!

You are stupid. While you're clearing the dungeon you're supposed to open the chests and pick up the item they drop then after you clear the dungeon actually walk to the exit don't just hit esc>leave dungeon, the portal should take you to the npc u need to talk to .

You did the dungeons 40 times on hell, hard and normal and never bothered to check the treasure chests or properly exit the dungeon that's pretty stupid in my opinion. This quest is not at all difficult to figure out even for a beginner.

So basically you're giving out false information and probably didnt even attempt to figure out the quest ...so the only thing that needs support here is your head from letting too many brain cells fall off and die.

So I see we have a new troll here. If you've got to the Yamataikoku Caverns, you should know not to leave the dungeon straight away. You wouldn't have been able to get past Kumaso if that was the case (The Offerings quest I'm referring to). Outside Seiryuu Grotto and Byakkou Cavern, there are guardians (Dragon Guardian and Tiger Guardian respectively) that tell you to collect Dragon Orbs and Tiger Fangs respectively in order to trade those for the jewels. Suzaku and Genbu require you to beat the Hiderigami and Yagyou-san respectively and then talk to them to acquire the jewels. I'm still pretty new to this game as well, but that quest never gave me any trouble at all. It's pretty straightforward, even a child should find it absurdly easy. If you got stuck here, then you may as well give up. It gets much harder from Izumo onwards, but I reckon it'll be Kyoto that breaks you. Just as a heads up: there's at least three dungeons in Kyoto that you shouldn't esc>exit dungeon after defeating the boss. You'll have to re-run them if you do.
