there's some strange thing happening too me every single time i get too the start game at the character selection screen whenever i start loading the game i am told onigiri.exe has stopped working. this has been happening for about 1-2 weeks. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game but it still happens i would appreciate some help

Alternatively, just go to the website of the company that produced your graphics card and look around for like 5 minutes.
