There are two things I can think of regarding this. Either you are on the Repairing Benkei quest or the quest is not checked off as an active quest. Screenshots are also helpful

all my quest are marked and good and im not in that quest that your talking about idk what happend the orange arrows appear when i finish a quest but after that its blank

On the PC version, the quest arrows are togglable ("n" key), so I'm guessing it's something similar. Something on the menu or try pressing everything.

It would also help to know which quests you have on your list. There are some that do not have markers, not until you fulfil a specific criteria. For example: Crafting the Purity Magatama is without a marker until you collect the necessary ingredients. Partner Quests (as far as I know, these only involve talking to the relevant partner) likewise have no marker. If I recall, the Suppression Order quests are typically without any kind of marker also. If this isn't the case, check that you haven't accidentally switched quest markers off. I know that can be easy to do on the PC version, wouldn't be surprised if it's a simple error on console as well.
