Unable to pick up items when bag is not full

I recently came back to this came, but only to find that I am unable to pick up any items at all except for the money. Would anyone happen to know why?

Let's start by ruling out the most obvious explanations:

Are you pressing the right button?
Are you aware that you can only hold 99 of a certain item, and no more than that?
Are you 100% positive that your inventory is not full?
Does a message appear in the chatbox saying "inventory is full", or is there no message?

These sound like stupid questions, but you'd be surprised at how often the simplest explanations are overlooked. If the answer to the fourth question is that there is no message (assuming you have the chatbox on "General" that is), *then* we have a problem. I've had an occasional problem where a weapon drop will remain on the ground even though I've picked it up. Items in close proximity to that weapon drop can't be picked up unless I move around to have them closer than the weapon. It's a weird glitch, but nothing too serious. Though if I'm reading this right, it sounds like you're unable to pick up *any* item at all. That should only happen if your inventory is full. If all of the problems listed above are ruled out, then you'll need to contact CyberStep and let them know about the bug.
