Help need crucial file

This is my first time here, and i am trying to install onigiri "Offline". i gotten all patch kxr files from the server one way or another(about 16gb). and they are ready for patching. now the updater uses pkgstatus.json to check the patch files. mine only has the laucher kxr recorded in it.
can anyone upload an updated pkgstatus.json for US locale(i dont know if there are others).i really need it .also i cant download the patches using the launcher on the network i use for downloads. planning on switching to a limited mobile network when i go online to play.
