Onigiri coins

for some reason i cant buy onigiri coins. I've been trying to buy onigiri coins for the past 2 weeks and none of the purchases are completing. Every time i try to buy the coins it keeps saying transaction wasn't completed. I made sure i used the right info and made sure i had money available. If anyone has a solution to this please reply as soon as possible thank you

When i click that video its just showing me black.
