Cant change screen resolution

I was playing when all of the sudden my game zoomed in and now the screen resolution is stuck and I can't change it because I'm not able to go to my settings >_<

This is what it looks like. I'd appreciate any help ^^

You have to remove the windows zoom if you have it enabled.
