Xbox one repairing benkai error

On xbox one during single player i talk to momijina 2 to let me in the building where benkai is but when i tell the momijina to enter the game gets a error 00000

Luckily i swapped to multiplayer and was able to enter and leave after that i finished quest logged out and went back on single player mode and was able to continue but the error is concerning

I've had the same bug!

I don't have xbox live so I can't "fix" the bug. Plus I don't want to stay in past areas grinding and doing side-quests.

Your best bet is probably sending a bug report through the main website.
