well it depends on how much hit you'll be, i don't want sacrifice dmg, as just with first aid i can heal me.
Btw if the staff have extend healing, it could replace other healing skills

If you're using wand, don't go Chiami. It's a waste of magatama slot, and you rarely should be at a spot where you need to trade damage to maintain via Chiami. Chiami is only good for the classes that need to be up close and/or put at risk. You don't need it; could replace it with a Magic or a Lord Enma and have so much more damage or heal+damage.

Just get a staff with extend heal. It should be more than enough.
