For a super cheap price, at lv.115+, I believe the only way is to go for a Red rarity weapon. For spear you have these 3:

Moudou Planetpiercer lv.116
Lance of Oblivion lv.118
Shadowfoot Guardian lv.118

Red rarity can be sold in bazaar for 1oc. However, I'm not sure how willing people would be to upgrade to +80~100 for it. Perhaps if you gave an estimate buying price, then some people (me?) can consider?
