I think a base Gare is 47c. I don't think that putting skills and an Ougi is equivalent to 60c. GRANTED I don't think any base weapon like that should be worth that much, and the tax imposed is a bit unfair.

I have no idea how you came to that conclusion. I was wrong in saying that a base Gare is 47c. It's somewhere in the 35+c range I believe. That's without Ougis and being smelted. Hence "base" weapon. I was saying that Assuming a base gare is 37 or so, you would only pay a person 60, meaning you value the skills and the Ougis at 23c, which is extremely low.
