I happen to have 2 Rapid Storm Ougi Cards on a mule (level 1x) and am willing to sell them for 50oc on a low level staff.

I can probably get decent skills such as invig/strike boost on the low level staff but would have to charge extra 5oc per skill (no rank VII skills), If you want a higher level staff, I can consider leveling the mule for a while but don't expect me to get it to 40 or 50 without help.
